The costs can vary based on what services an owner is interested in having us provide. Our base price 6% of rent collected, while our all inclusive service is 10%.
We are licensed to do business as a real estate broker in the state of Ohio. We currently only offer this service in the Central Ohio area but are looking to expand soon. Popular areas include Columbus, Dublin, Powell, Lewis Center, New Albany, Weseterville, and more.
