We are not acting on the owners behalf as a property manager, however we are providing individual services that help landlords manage their property much more efficiently.  Many of our services are at the same or higher quality than typical management companies provide.

The costs can vary based on what services an owner is interested in having us provide.  Our base price can be as low as $35 per month.

We are licensed to do business as a real estate broker in the state of Ohio.  We currently only offer this service in the Central Ohio area but are looking to expand soon.  Popular areas include Columbus, Dublin, Powell, Lewis Center, New Albany, Weseterville, and more.
