So, how did the real estate market in Columbus fare last year? Well, a total of 14,936 homes were sold, and 74 of them were over a million dollars. Here is how much the ten most expensive homes in all of Franklin County sold for last year.
1. $3.29 million
Leading the pack is an impressive 11,000 square foot Georgian mansion in Columbus, located at 212 Park Dr. Perched atop a hill overlooking neighboring Wolfe Park, this gorgeous property sits on almost four meticulously manicured acres. Completely renovated in 2001, this five bedroom, eight and a half bath estate was originally listed for $5 million in 2016. It sold in June of last year.
2. $2.7 million
